The death penalty

Since the beginning of time, punishments for acts that transgressed the established norms were becoming necessary and put into practice by the communities as an unconscious measure to adapt individuals to certain patterns of behavior that would make coexistence more peaceful and safe, it can be said that the law was born in the conceptual term of the same and along with it those who executed it, which with the passage of time became entire communities or representatives of the same.
Undoubtedly, the death penalty has always been the ultimate punishment for offenders since it represents the final release from society of the maladjusted person who does not assimilate to the rules or laws and represents a danger to its inhabitants.
But as all the intentions that are born of necessity and without any kind of evil this in many moments was transfigured and became more than a punishment in a legal means to commit misdeeds against personal enemies or rivals of any kind and it is very common to find multiplicity of atrocities throughout history being able to say that as man began to feel the power to manipulate the destinies of their fellow diverted the good intentions for private use, Perhaps the best known of all these laws has been "The Law of Talion" which summarizes everything in "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth".
The counterbalance to these legal dalliances tried to be covered with the creation of a new optic to see the laws and then the "Personal Law" was intensified, which is nothing more than the way to defend the individual from the laws themselves and that in itself is as old as it is but from another angle of the courtroom.
Although the church is currently one of the staunchest enemies of this terminal way of doing justice, in many periods of history it was the executor of the same, and it becomes a difficult question for the communities whether or not to accept this punishment, which is still valid in many countries.
The human condition, innate transgressor of conditioning but equally assimilator of dogmas and doctrines is in a certain way unbalancing when it comes to such transcendental approaches since the mixture of naivety, social manipulation and egolatry represents a cocktail of difficult response and result and although culture and learning can make things easier, equally the abstraction of motives in relation to the environment creates insurmountable dissimilarities between communities of different ethnicities, idiosyncrasies and religions, creating conflicts of existential nature among them.
Although it is no less true that maladjustment and certain degrees of radical and consecutive unbalancing behavior are a difficult evil to extirpate, it is also true that the deepest root of this is to be found in the educational deficiencies of the individual and in the unflattering perspectives offered to him, leaving aside the cases in which mental unbalance is present.
Does an individual deserve death?
In many cases there would be no doubt about it, society itself has been creating countless monsters with such puerile and denigrating motivations that use exclusions of any kind to justify themselves, but that in the end are only the tip of the iceberg of the evil of their minds, but just like them there is another group of characters with even worse reputations but better socially connected infiltrated within the architectural foundations of modern society, much more dangerous than the first whose greatest attributes is the manipulation, sometimes of majorities, that transform judicial systems into simple circuses of puppeteers of the people and end up involving those who do not represent their interests and condemning innocents and competitors.
Thus, the execution of the penalty becomes part of a fact that is sometimes fair but for which society is not prepared or educated..
I conclude with a biblical phrase spoken by Jesus:
"GIVE TO GOD WHAT IS GOD'S AND TO CAESAR WHAT IS CAESAR'S".
